I don't mind paying more to go to some place if it won't be insanely crowded. Any ideas?

If it's nice outside Pine Park has a playground for that age group.
It is the second to last playground on the driveway.
When I take my kids to Pine Park on Chol Hamoed I found Pine Park to be empty I think it's because everyone else is going to father out parks.

Magic sky in freehold is amazing for those ages. Try to get there right when they open.

Really anywhere as long as you get there early. After 12:30/1 is when the crowds start coming.
