My very helpful 3 yr old DD unpacked the eggs from the supermarket and dropped it!
What can I do with almost a dozen broken eggs?

Not not safe to eat unless they were just cracked then you can use them immediately or transfer to a container right away.

I'd make a big batch of eggs, and freeze ready made breakfast sandwhiches.
Or egg muffins
Never knew it was a problem to eat a cracked egg later than "right away" so def look into that if it ddnt happen just now.

If they just cracked and you checked they were whole in the supermarket, I would use all of them right now in cooking. If you didn't check if they were whole in the supermarket, throw them out.

If they broke right now, make scrambled eggs or something similar. Just make sure they are cooked very thoroughly.
