LW MO.
DH doesn't wear one, the majority of men in our shul don't wear one. Some do of course. The rabbi does, can't remember if the chazan does or not.

"Litvish yeshivish" here, our minhag is not to wear Shana Rishona, I can't remember why, but DH did not wear one when we first got married.
