My 2.5 year old has fever for almost 3 weeks. We've been by the doc more times than you can count. She had pneumonia and got over it bh but tonight has 103 fever. I'm baffled. We did a cbc last week and everything came back fine. Is this a virus? Do I go back to the doctor. What do I do?

Absolutely go back to the doctor. Either Its another virus…ir strep or something else. did she just start play group? I remember the first year my son was in playgroup he was sick so often. Refuah shelama

Was there any break at all between? Lots of things going around right now and her immune system is probably weakened by the pneumonia. Keep an eye on her behavior, breathing etc.

Could just be back to back virus.
Personally, I would request another round of blood work, maybe more extensive if possible.
