Roseola? That's usually a few days of fever and then a rash.

How high is the fever?

There are many viruses and only a few causes you to throw up.
My Dr tell me it's normal to have fever for 5 days without having to worry. As long as the fever goes down with medicine and the child isn't lethargic or with extremely high fever.
