I am a senior software engineer/technical architect who is fairly miserable in my current job at a big firm. Can anyone recommend a recruiter/agency who would understand some of the nuances of a job I'm looking for (in terms of environment, flexibility, etc)?

There are specific tech recruiters, as many recruiters work with just general positions.
Are you looking to work for a frum company, or open to anything? That will also make a difference on who you would want to connect with, as most frum recruiters work with frum companies in the Tristate.
