How do you download the toveedo app on an Amazon tablet for being on an airplane (so no wifi)

I did this.

After you install the Play store, you installed toveedo from the Play store.
It doesn't work on the child profile only on the adult profile.
Then I found it really important to pin the app so my child can't go off onto the big white internet. You do this by pressing the square button, then swiping down from the icon and hitting pin

Is there a way to delete everything from Fire tablet aside from Toveedo?
Right now, there are pop ups for prime videos showing.

Go to Settings > Apps and Notifications > Amazon App Settings > Home Screens.
Toggle the switch next to Recommendations and Continue and Discover Row.
Next step isn’t perfect, but my kids are little and works for me now- drag all other apps into another folder so they’re hidden.
