I don’t leave an oven on, just a hot plate. Can I bake gnocchi before yom tov and heat it up on yt to be served with pulled beef?

Gnocchi take 5 minutes to boil. Why can’t you boil it in YT and mix it with the beef then?

I don’t leave fire or oven on. Just hoplate n a timer.
