Try Primark they sometimes have really cute stuff, I got an adorable sweater there if you have a skirt.

One option is to change them into robes or other clothing in the house and during meals to keep the dresses clean.
Or see if you know anyone with a girl a little bit older than yours that can give you some old clothing.
Or you buy another cheap outfit for them so they have one more. At their age you should still be able to buy clothing that will be long enough in stores such as primark, which cost only a few dollars. I miss the days I could buy a dress for $6 for shabbos.

My daughters wearing 3t and all our dresses are from Carters gap or hand m under $25
Super easy to spend less when they’re little

I keep them in shabbos pjs for meals

For 3 day yomtov I actually go through more pjs and nicer play clothes for the park. Easy flary dresses from carters or ribbed pjs that are comfy but look more put together

I wish I lived close to Lakewood to go to seredipity. I dont have any sisters or SILs to get hand me downs from. I went to a gemach by me and the clothing was very very outdated, dirty, and stained. I left feeling like a nebach! How can I find hand me downs for my girls? Size 4/5 and 9-12 months, or 12-18 months

Serendipity is a great option for third day yom tov clothes. I think dresses are $6 each.

My girls decided they don’t like dresses so I have beautiful stuff we got from a friend they won’t wear. But I live an hour from Lakewood. Happy to give you stuff if you’re available to come get it

I keep my kids in pjs for most of the day. We only wear our clothes if we’re going out, which isn’t that much.
