Thank you! Do they accept school vouchers? Any opinions on the the school body vs CHDS?

Yes, they accept vouchers.

I would call it "Montessori-style" rather than Montessori. They adjust from the Montessori approach at their discretion.

If you want to discuss school options in Cincinnati, you can reach out to the shuls and ask them to connect you to a couple of families in each school. The three main non-Chabad shuls all have both CHDS families and Ohr Torah families. And both schools have some Chabad families as well.
