People who have 2 homes, but drivers licenses and taxes use the NY address which is the primary address, can they vote in New Jersey (where the vote may make a difference)?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but many people that own summer houses in the Catskills vote in the local Town of Thompson elections. I’m sure they also vote in the Brooklyn elections when those come around.

I’m pretty sure you can only be registered to vote in one place but some choose to register to vote upstate where they feel their vote counts more.
