Hi,
My toddler needs speech therapy. We just moved here and have new insurance (not Medicaid or Jersey Care).
How do I get started?
Which agency do I reach out to?
Does DOE cover, or health insurance?
thanks

Until age 3 you may be eligible for early intervention depending on your child's delays. From 3-5 therapy is only covered by the BOE if you qualify for and attend a special ed preschool program.
Otherwise it is through your health insurance. Benefits will vary depending on your plan.
