My 8yr old daughter hates school

My 8yr. old daughter hates school. I know it's not the teachers problem because I know the teachers each year and they are great teachers. And the other kids in the class are happy. This started a few years ago and it's getting worse each year. She is healthy bh. She is popular in her class, has lots of friends. I have an older daughter in the same school that tries to keep an eye on her and she tells me that my younger one is fine in school, having fun... Once in a while she finds her sad and tries to cheer her up. I'm not sure what to do about it. Every morning is a struggle to get her to school. I've tried to ask her what's going on a few times and I was never able to get to the bottom of it. She dislikes putting in the effort, like why bother. Everything is too hard for her and she kvetches about everything related to school. She's a bright girl and pretty smart. I am stumped. She's not my first child and I've never had this before. I know that if a child doesn't like school there must be a reason but I can't figure it out. Any help or tips appreciated.

Get her thoroughly evaluated for adhd and other learning issues . There is usually a mix of things going on when child is like this .
She might need meds or out of the box kind of school, or therapies . Or everything in combination. It’s a rough journey, but eventually you will get there
