Anyone have any ideas? For a petite xs young woman. Most regular xs dresses and skirts are too big. Are there specific stores, either online or in Brooklyn that are known to sell very small size petite?

Anthropologie, J Crew, Old Navy, Kohls, many stores have petite sections with size xxs.

Most of the stores mentioned above do have some smaller pieces, but in reality every single dress out there in the Jewish stores eg Udel, Junees, etc etc all need a huge piece cutting off the bottom of the dress - I am 5" 3, not that petite, yet everything is just too long. Floor sweepers.
Its very off putting going shopping and I cant come out with one dress that isn't floor length and needs to be altered.

Yes, particularly Udel’s clothing may be petite, but petite tall. The skirts are very long.
