Unfortunately many people think that little babies are things that need to be trained, when in reality it's perfectly age appropriate for a 1 year-old to be waking in the night. If she wakes up just once for a bottle, then that is really great. I wouldn't try to cut it out, especially if she may really be hungry. If you want to cut milk, maybe try to water down the milk gradually.
If she doesn't eat well, maybe she still needs formula.

Very good advice. You might see that if the baby eats more during the day she will settle faster after waking up out of habit.

I'm not a fan of milk bottles OR sleep training but something to keep in mind is that the milk bottles at night could be preventing her from getting enough calories by day. It becomes a bit of a cycle. So for sure try to feed more solids by day and see if the night wakings becomes less, but you also may need to work on cutting the bottles in order for her appetite to pick up in the day.
Saying this as someone who is breastfeeding a 1yo multiple times by day and at night and is not planning on stopping anytime soon
