Help! 1 year old grinding his front teeth for attention.

I cannot handle the sound. I seriously cannot. I scream when he does that, push in his paci and now it became a game. He fights me, smiles and starts again. Help me stop him in his tracks - I cannot handle it. At all.

You need to work on you he's only doing it because of your reaction. To him it's a game.

My not yet 1 year old also grinds his teeth. I usually give him a teething toy and he uses that instead

There's something plastic that meant to go into a mouth for teeth grinding (I used it for my older boy who gri ds his teeth in sleep). Maybe that can help your son as well (and you). Ask your doctor about it.

Teeth grinding is usually a sign of something - congestion, ear pain, sinus pressure, breathing/airway issues. See if you find a correlation to when it shows up most and treat the root
