when you make the cauliflower POPCORN for shabbos and you make it ahead of time. do you leave it in the oven until you serve it friday night? and do you leave the oven on warm? or do you just leave it out uncovered at room temp?

I just made this for friday night. I reheated it in the oven and then left it on the hot plate.
In the words of dh: 'I don't like cauliflower, but these are one of the best things you made!'

As a shortcut, I mix oil with “French Fry Seasoning”. The last 15 minutes of baking, I uncover and sprinkle some corn flake crumbs and bake till crispy.

If you use frozen cauliflower it doesn't come out as crispy. Much better with fresh... but I'm lazy, so I only use frozen.
