Roseola? That's usually a few days of fever and then a rash.
How high is the fever?

Highest was 103° before Tylenol. (2 days ago)
Today before Tylenol was 102°
After Tylenol it goes down to 99.4°

There are many viruses and only a few causes you to throw up.
My Dr tell me it's normal to have fever for 5 days without having to worry. As long as the fever goes down with medicine and the child isn't lethargic or with extremely high fever.

Could be from teething. Are her molars coming in?

Update.
She has RSV.
Went to the doc Sunday for the second time (we saw a terrible PA said all is fine. - I don’t like seeing that PA but The PA was the only one in on Sunday.)
We saw the doc now for the third time and she has RSV.

I do have a bad cold. (Runny nose and eyes) | Rsv is pretty much just a common cold in healthy adults.
