I'm looking for a beis medrash for my son, prefer NY/NJ areas (for ease of looking into them). He is very shtark, serious and yeshivish learner. He's first year beis medrash/post high school. He's at a place in Lakewood but feels the guys aren't serious enough (they come an hour late to seder, often and regularly).
His high school rebbeim are hyper-focused on one place that they know well, but we don't feel will do him justice (it's on a lower learning level).They do agree that he shouldn't stay in the beis medrash of the high school that he was at.
Any and all advice appreciated.
