I bought a pickled tongue for yom tov. Can someone let me know how to cook peel it etc.

Put it into a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil. Lower and simmer for about 3 hours.
You want to peel it as soon as you can after it's cooked, but cool enough to handle. I find the peel comes off easier the sooner you do it - even while it's still somewhat hot.
After that I like to refrigerate it because it's easier to slice cold.
Favorite sauce to heat it up in:
1 Cup tomato sauce
3/4 liquid it was cooked in or water
1/3 cup brown sugar
drop of lemon juice
Combine and pour over tongue before heating.
