it's ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, spices and bake in 9 x 13 oven? It's a recipe for flanken, but can I use minute steak instead in it? Should I make any adjustments to recipe?
Sauce should be fine, but minute steaks should always be baked low and slow. Like 250 for 3-4 hours. Because the vein in the middle of the minute steak needs to be broken down for the meat to be soft.
