I like the progressive flour keeper with a built in leveler.
Make sure you get one that's at least 19 cups in size so it fits a full bag of flour.

I use this pack
I switch all legumes into this as well
So use the smaller ones
I keep sifted flour in freezer

I really like this one bec the cover is attached.
But I wonder if you are sifting it if you should keep in freezer.
