Actually, many schools are November.
Some of the 15th and some the 30th so I would call and check.

I would say mid-October to December are close to deadline dates. Some schools allow December, many don't. If a child isn't doing great academically or socially, September could be held back too.
If your child's birthday is in that time, speak to the current morah and possibly get an evaluation to see if child should do another year before school. It's pretty annoying that there is a normal 15 month age span between the kids.
