From what age do your babies sleep on a pillow? What’s he earliest I can give a very flat one to my baby?

My baby is a year and I think he’d be comfortable on one of my old flattened pillows in just afraid of its no safe.

If he's a year and it's flat it should be ok.

My kids sleep better on a pillow. They sleep on a flat one at a year old already. They know how to move around so I am not very worried
