Any way to learn that makes the process easier to master?

I watched a few short YouTube videos and it really helped me get it. A friend of mine sent me her personal recipe and walked me through each step and question I had. If any of your friends or family make sourdough, see if any of them would be available to answer questions when you're doing it.
I also told myself it's ok if the first try is a flop! 😂 And I made it Wednesday &Thursday instead of Friday. It helps to take the pressure off

I watched Chantzy stories on sourdough and really learned tremendous from her. She also makes it very easy with lots of tipss and shortcuts.
Spice snd zest has course you pay for that she will teach you exact rules and science behind making sourdough.

Look up "simple sourdough for the lazy person ". Easiest recipe, very little work. Start from there and then branch out to more involved recipes.
