I make the leek soup from the BY cookbook (without the optional bones)
My family is obsessed with it and when I have guests they always want the recipe…it’s crazy good (and easy)

According to my Rav, remove the outer layers, slit all the way down the middle and under running water fan through all the layers.
I hold it just past half way, do it and then turn it around and repeat on the side I was holding

This! I make it every year for RH and it comes out delicious, plus really simple to make. I also skip the bones.

I recently starting adding bones to my soup, they add a deep rich flavor.
Can anyone suggest garnish or topping for the leek soup?
