I love ground meat crumbled with small pieces of zucchini and carrots or green beans.
Yum!
I also like it with baby food carrots instead of tomato sauce

Taco salad bar!
The meat is super quick to cook with taco seasoning and then you cook white rice, cut up lettuce, cucumber, pepper, onion, avocado, etc., tortilla chips
is super easy - equal parts salsa and mayo with a squirt of ketchup.
you can mix everything together but, but in my family everyone likes when we do it separate because they can pick and choose what they want…
