My kids have requested rice krispie treats with a rosh hashana theme. I can't think or a thing. Any ideas? (I don't need a recipe, just an inspiration l.)

What does that even mean?
Shape them into shofars?
Use apple jacks instead of rice crispier?
Drizzle yellow and black icing over them?

Small shapes of the simanim, fish head, carrot dates, figs....

Gosh.
I suppose it could be any of the above but I was hoping for a rosh hashana flavor.

I would not mess with perfection. Rice crispies treats are not supposed to taste like fish head lol.
If they want apple flavored dessert, there's apple pie.
Honey flavored dessert, honey cookies
Pomegranate flavored dessert, pomegranate ice cream or custard tarts sprinkled with pom seeds
Or bake sugar cookies and get rh themed cookie cutters.

Swap the corn syrup for honey, Add cinnamon and tiny chopped dried apples to the mixture
Form balls, stick a thin pretzel piece in for a stem, and a sour belt cut in the shape of a leaf
Alternately, find a recipe with date syrup instead or corn syrup
Or stuff dates with balls of rice crispy treats

I love some of these!! I could even color them on the outside with pomegranate powder so they look apple'y and have another rh flavor. Thank you. Exactly what I was asking for.
