My boss wants me to think of some ideas
We currently send Mazel Tov letters to people who are associated with our company when a Mazel Tov is owed to them.
All age ranges so it could be a baby, or grandchild, engagement etc
They are becoming boring & stale. Cz we’re doing this for a long time.
She doesn’t want to stop unless we have something else to replace this Mazel Tov letter.
Any ideas ??

How is wishing someone a Mazel Tov boring and stale?

How often is the same person getting a mazel tov from you? You may feel it's repetitive, but the recipients probably don't.

A tzedaka donation in honor of their simcha?
Anything besides for a letter is going to cost money. (Unless you send emails with an embedded video or link of people singing mazel tov. Which is just kinda cheesy.)
Does your boss have a budget for this? A tzedaka donation can come from maaser, if your boss is the business owner.
