My daughter wants to work in agriculture. She graduated from a small Chabad high school in Brooklyn and has a diagnosis of ASD. High functioning and feels passionately about working the land. Small setting and understanding nonjudgmental people would be necessary for this to work. Does such a thing exist? And we would pay for lodging and expenses.
Ty so much

Interesting that you gave this as a possibility. Bat Ayin is neither a kibbutz or farm. And the sem, as far as I know, does not have an agricultural aspect to it.

So there are tons of agricultural programs in Emek Beit She'an and that general area.
My DD worked in agriculture in Ein Hanatziv in the framework of a post army/sherut leumi program based out of Kibbutz Merav on the Gilboa.
While she was there she found out that Merav also hosts a program for dati girls on the spectrum.
I'm not sure if they work in agriculture davka but they might.
Not sure who you would contact to find out more details but just putting that out there....
