I live in a very expensive community but BH managed to get a (small) house for inexpensive. We got offered to buy a house in a better area for 4x the price of my house. I really would love a new house, its on a big property and has many amenities that my cuurent house lacks. I would be able to live and raise my family in it as my "forever home." On the other hand, I don't love my states politics, I'm extremely keen on moving to Israel and would rather just save up and buy something there, even if we just use it for yom tov/rent it out. Both options are not possible at this exact moment but Bezras Hashem, within the next year or so I will get to choose a (big house) or b (stay in current house but have a place in Eretz Yisroel)
