Are high yield saving account rates going to go down then?
I’m hoping the lower interest rates won’t raise home prices because it’ll be balanced out by more people putting their house on the market.

They’ll go down. Mortgages will be cheaper. It’s a case by case basis, depending on supply and demand. They can always raise home prices if there are enough people who want to buy at that price.
