I’d say weekday. It looks like flannel and I wouldn’t do flannel on Shabbos.

I love it! And I think shabbos, even if it's cotton.

Would you send your kid to school in it? Or wear on a regular Sunday?
I'm not sure I would, unless save it for "better vochen" or a "bris outfit " as my family likes to call it.

Really depends on the material. You’d need to see it in person. Also the shoes that you match it with could make a big difference.

I think Shabbos. What age girl? Is this a next dress? I love it. Looks like from next. I buy a lot from there, I'm going to have a look at it for my daughter. So cute!

Flannel is a cotton fabric. I looked at the listing and it says “brushed cotton” so it’s going feel like flannel but a little thinner. It’ll have a little fuzz to it. But it seems like I’m in the minority so far, and it’s a great price, so don’t let me stop you.

the flannel shirt look makes it look weekday. the pretty collar and lace makes it look shabbos.
I think weekday.

And I just wouldn't buy it because even though it's cute I can't categorize it. Very Happy

Friday night at home shabbes, a Chanukka party at the school or at the family, a bris… chol ha moed sukkos.
That kind of an occasion

Shabbat in Shul could be fancier

I think the fabric IRL will be very telling.
either way, you have plenty of both opinions so do what's right for you.
