I rlly don’t love reheating chicken bottoms. It just never tastes the same. However I come home too late from work to start cooking chicken fresh. It’s a favorite of my kids. Any recipes that taste good reheated? Probably something very saucy.

You can freeze the chicken raw & ready to go in to the oven. Put it in the oven when you leave for work, and either set it to turn on before you come home, or turn the oven on 250-275 before you leave & let it bake all day.

IME it still takes forever to properly reheat chicken bottoms.
I generally cook my dinner chicken bottoms in the crockpot.
Is there anyone coming home earlier who can stick a prepared pan of chicken in the oven 1.5-2 hours before dinner if you set the oven to turn itself on?

I freeze mine prepared and leave it to defrost in the oven with the oven set on a timer to turn around around 2:30/3:00

I can’t cook it during the day as I have a non Jewish babysitter at home. I don’t leave the crockpot or oven on when she is home alone.

Do you have a laundry room or another room that she doesnt go in? Another option is a pressure cooker like an instant pot. The chicken cooks very fast especially when separated into separate legs and thighs.

You can install cameras in the kitchen so you can keep an eye.
You can also ask a rav about sealing the crock pot with take so you'd see if it was tampered with.
