How do women find their housekeeper?

I'm looking for someone who can come every day for 4 hours.

Or someone who can come 3 days a week, full time.

Where do I start?

I reached out to two women who officially have an agency.

One hasn't gotten back to me yet.

The other, was very eager that she has someone and gave me a whole rundown, but now has been giving me radio silence.

Any ideas?

There is a cleaning lady gemach chat where you can post what you need (how many hours) and location. Then the admin forwards your message to a group of Spanish women eager to work.

They then reach out to you and you choose who you'd like to use... You can ask for references
