I’m hosting a fundraiser in my house. Im excited to take care of it all and make the evening look beautiful. Im in charge of decor and set up and organizing food. Im not cooking/baking it all.
Is there anywhere I can get soup heaters (is that what it’s called? I’d rather not have soup in a pot with the fire on). What about those big containers with a spout for ice coffee or ice tea? What else can I get (and where do I get it) to make the evening beautiful and professional looking

You might want to change the headline, make it more specific. (To me it seemed like free food for needy people).
