Hi Im looking for suggestions for a salad that I offered to prepare for a kiddush/barmitzvah. Any thoughts?

Corn salad: (no exact measurements)
Cans of corn, canned and sliced black olives, diced colorful peppers and red onion
Dressing: oil, vinegar, spices.
Colorful, yummy, and can be made w dressing day before

Quinoa salad: (also no exact measurements)

Quinoa, chickpeas, diced peppers and red onion, craisins, similar dressing as above ir you can do a sweeter dressing

Purple cabbage
Diced red pepper
Grape tomatoes cut into 1/8
Sunflower seeds

Dressing
1/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Vinager
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 frozen garlic

Shake well

Red cabbage salad
Bags of red cabbage
Slivered almonds
Dressing: oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper

Broccoli salad
Defrosted broccoli
Craisins
Sliced red onions
Cashews
Dressing: mayonnaise, vinegar,garlic, salt, pepper

Regular lettuce salad
1 bag of romaine or iceberg
Diced colored peppers, sliced Persian cucumbers, sliced fresh mushrooms,sliced cherry tomatoes
You can add salad croutons or Chinese noodles. I like to roast ramen noodles (in frying pan, no oil).
Dressing: either Cesar dressing or vinaigrette
