How can I serve my 1 year old chicken if she only has her 2 bottom teeth?

She doesn’t need teeth to eat. Babies use their gums. None of my kids had any teeth until 14 months and ate everything we ate. Cut it into finger length strips and let her hold it and chew.

Don’t be. She needs to learn the skills don’t deprive her of that. Gagging is normal and not choking, babies have a strong gag reflex to help them their clear anything out of their throat. Choking is turning blue and not breathing. Maybe take a baby cpr course to have more confidence.

Babies eat everything without teeth.
If you are really worried you can blend the chicken from the soup and make a purée but that doesn't help for self feeding/ texture eating.
I usually just cut up roast chicken in small cubes and put on front of them. They learn skills from figuring out to pick up small pieces and getting it into their mouths.
