Ice cream pie- a winner every time.
Buy a Graham cracker pie crust
Buy Abe's Parvelicious vanilla lce cream
Oreo cookies (sandwich cookies)
Caramel sauce (parve)
1. Defrost ice cream.
2. Pour half onto pie crust.
3. Crush the cookies in a small bag and put half on top of the ice cream.
4. Drizzle with caramel sauce
5. Repeat steps 2-4 with the second half of the ice cream and cookies.
Freeze!
Perfect dessert.

Somehow everyone loves this salad.
I simply stack these ingredients on a rectangle salad plate.
In order of stacking:
Icerberg lettuce (half a bag)
Red cabbage (1/4 bag)
3 Thinly sliced Amish cucumbers unpeeled (or Persian pickles)
4-5 fresh mushrooms peeled and sliced
Alfalfa Sprouts (half a box to a box)
Dressing (recipe on the bottom)
Fried onions
I do the dressing before adding the fried onions so the onions don't become soggy.
Dressing ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup water
3 cloves garlic
2 Table sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pulse

Amazing Peanut Butter Cookies
These are super fast, relatively healthy, and everyone in our house loves them.
1 C natural peanut butter
2/3 C brown sugar (if you don't like things too sweet reduce to 1/2 c)
1 egg
(1/2 c chocolate chips - optional but very good)
Preheat oven to 350
Combine first 3 ingredients, then add chocolate chips and put dough in fridge for 20 minutes.
Line pan with parchment paper. Drop balls of dough on pan. Then crisscross top with a fork. Bake 12 -14 minutes. Allow to cool on pan. (They firm up as they cool.)

Sorry they're Amish cucumbers. Or Persian pickles.
They come 5 in a pack sometimes.
