My son has food allergies and will sometimes cook for himself.

When my kids were local, I sent leftovers from shabbos that they ate over the week.

Now 2 are out of town. When they go back after a visit, I send more snacks. Both healthy and noshy.

My local son sleeps at home. I send him snacks and food for when he does not like meals. (But more stuff like crackers and yogurt)
