2 days ago I bought some items from a kids clothing store. One item they didn’t have in my size, so they said they would order it for me. However, knowing they had a very short return policy, I pointed out that a few of the other items I got were contingent on getting that ordered-it was a shirt to match the pants, and pants&shirt for another kid. They said ok, call back tomorrow to make sure it was ordered. I called a few times yesterday and today and couldn’t get through to anyone. Twice they picked up, said “please hold” and hung up on me! I don’t know if their phone system is broken…I also see they never charged me for that final item…what am I supposed to do now?

Very. Which is why I specifically asked them at the store about this before I made the purchase.
