Help! I was in a car accident a year ago and today I opened my front door and a lawsuit was stuck in the door jam.
First of all is that considered getting served? They have no way to prove that I got it
What do I do now?

Call your car insurance company that’s what they’re there for. It will be their responsibility to take on the lawsuit and defend you and pay out any claims.

Speaking from slight experience, that's exactly it. You have insurance for a reason, they deal with it all. Reach out to to your insurance company and do not talk to the other party's lawyer under any circumstances.
