Almost definitely related. How many ots have you tried, and did you hire them or were they assigned by an agency?

Vision therapy is a good start. He may also be a candidate for prism lenses but don't use those in place of therapy.

Is he athletic? Playing an organized sport can be an excellent way to improve visual spatial skills as well.

How's his reading/kriah?

He is not athletic. He reads fluently

Definitely a neuropsych evaluation. It sounds like it could be dysgraphia. Could also be difficulty in visual motor integration. I have issues with both, I just type and thay has solved my problems, if you can get an iep, he can get something to type witb for school, it is life changing.

The right-left mix up isn't uncommon in kids with dyslexia. How is his reading?

I agree on getting vision checked too, but definitely go the neuropsych eval route too.

He reads fluently. Where do I go for a neuropsych eval in monsey?

How are his fine motor skills?

Can he color in the lines, do a lace card, hang from monkey bars, cut with scissors o the line?

Yes he can do all of those. His fine motor skills are fine. He grips the pencil correctly just keeps forgetting how to make the letters and when I remind him it still comes out very sloppy

If he is reading fine and his other motor skills are fine, dysgraphia is a likely candidate.

I'm not in Monsey, so I don't have suggestions as to where to do a neuropsych eval, hopefully someone here can direct you.
