I had this with petit clair. I ordered a few tops and one size was no longer available, they asked if I want the rest of the order. I had this issue again with a non jewish site, they wouldnt let me cancel the order. I had to pay return fee......

No need for your nastiness. It’s worse to mock and put people down than it is to match. One is an aveira one is nothing.

I don’t match my kids so no nice try. I just hate seeing comments like yours on every thread. If you think you look like the good amazing person here, just so you know you don’t. I prefer our world be filled with more people who want to match their kids and less of people who like to post on threads just to put others down.

No, you're just being nasty. You don't have to like it, you don't have to do it, but why in the world would you come here to mock someone's clothing choice?

And for the record, I don't match my kids either. But I think It's cute and harmless and in some communities that's the style.

Wow that is even worse than all the others. Like if most are out of stock then for sure call. That’s insane. Like if you have 2 then at least they can match but 1? That’s nuts!

I recently ordered from light + nine and something was out of stock, they emailed me asking if I want to cancel it or choose a replacement which I did choose a replacement. I really appreciated it.

Also I think people would rather their package be delayed by a day or 2 and they get the option to choose.

And I liked someone’s idea of there being a box to check off do you want your order to be shipped as is or canceled etc.

Also shipping a specific skirt or pants that only goes with a very specific top and not shipping the top should be unacceptable without permission. A top only usually can go with many other skirts or pants, but vs versa is almost impossible.

I love the stores that call if something is out of stock. I had great experience with lily and todd during sale season. They actually let me exchange to something else instead of simply allowing me to to cancel or ship as is which was probably a huge hassle on their part. Some stores have great customer service. The ones that don't are the ones that frustrate us.
