1 1/3 c parve milk
One table lemon juice
One cup oil
One and half cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla sugar
3 cups flour
1table baking powder
Half tsp salt
Crumbs:
1 cup brown sugar
1 table cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4 table margarine cold
1/2 cup flour
Combine parve milk and lemon juice
Combined the oil and sugars in a bowl and beef with an electric mixer then at the eggs, vanilla and milk and mix until thick. Add flower, baking powder and salt carefully to the top of the mixture and mix with a fork to combine. Use the mixer to incorporate the flower into the wet ingredients.
Poor half of the batter into the pan. Next combine brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and sprinkle half of it over the first layer of batter. Add margarine and flour to the remaining brown sugar mixture. Pour the rest of the batter into your baking pan and top with the remaining struesel mixture. Bake For one hour on 350 or until a toothpick comes out with without any raw batter on it
Now I’m waiting for the thanks!!!

This cake looks delicious and I have a lot of cinnamon lovers.
Does anyone know what size pan I need to use? Tube pan? 9 X 13 pan? Round pan? Is a foil pan okay?

When I made it I doubled the recipe and I made one in 9x13, the other in springform ( I think that's what it's called, where the middle comes out)
Recipe calls for parchment paper

I made this in a 9x13. Family loved it. It’s a delicious fluffy crumb cake. Different than the heavy versions.
