What started out as one or two on my son’s hand quickly escalated to numerous ones on both hands. Mostly next to his fingernails. How do I get rid of this asap?

It might not be warts but mullescum, a virus that causes these pimples, sometimes will get infected but in general they go awayby thmselves. Show it to your Dr.

Warts are also viral btw which is why they spread

There's a cream from MR that works. Call your local health store.

We had success with apple cider vinegar; soak small piece of cotton in the vinegar, wrap in bandaid, sometimes they turn black and you can scrape off right away, sometimes need to do it longer.

I had this with my 8 year old son. I tried everything nothing worked. But in the meantime they spread all over his hands. And, another child also got one. I took them to a skin Dr. and he froze them. That actually worked. And, now bh he doesnt have any.
