Hi, I never made a potato kugel before. I would like to make a small one bc it's just my husband and I and we are both not big eaters. I don't want to make a large batch as I don't have any room in my freezer.
Does anyone have a small potato kugel recipe? Maybe for a loaf pan or 9 inch pan ?
Thank you!!

I tried halving mine but it didn’t taste so delicious
3 small Idaho potatoes
3 eggs
1/4 cup seltzer
1/4 cup water
1/4-1/2 cup oil
Small onion
Salt pepper
When I do full batch I bake on 450 for an hour and 350 for another 40-50 minutes. You might have to adjust since it’s significantly smaller

3-2-1
3 potatoes (I like 2 large Yukon golds and 1 russet)
2 eggs
1 small onion
Salt
White pepper
Oil
I believe that baking it on a Pyrex is the key to a really good kugel.
I put it on 425 until the top is golden and then lower to 375 until the desired doneness.
