I use the recipe from balabusta's choice:
I saute a diced onion in sugar. when melted I add water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, more sugar and bay leaves. when it reaches boil, I add the salmon and let it cook for 40 minutes
if u want really easy, you can just pour teriyaki sauce on it, sprinkle sesame seeds if u want, and let it bake/broil
good luck!

I ususally do a thin shmear of mayo with parsely flakes and garlic powder on top. bake uncoverred. a few weeks ago I did 1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
marinate fish in mixture 30 min and bake in the sauce
it was so awesome and different then my usual.
