I’m using tide pods now but I feel like the clothing has too strong a smell from it. Is there anything softer but still smells really fresh and good?

I specifically use unscented or mountain fresh type. I hate perfume smells and my husband is sensory and literally gags. Even hand soaps I have to be careful.

“Best smelling “ is really subjective.
What you consider best smelling might make me gag, and vice versa.
It’s very personal.

Cheer smells amazing. The purex in a green bottle also smells amazing.
