I don't know of one. I have lost my phone and my purse a few times in the Palisades Mall. I went into every single store and asked them if they found it. Every single time. I found it in a random store. I'm not sure which parking lot you're talking about but maybe going to all the stores nearby and ask if anyone turned it in...
